Summer League

 

West LA Lacrosse sponsors a Summer League at Cheviot Hiils Rec Center for Boys and Girls

In summer league, we emphasize development of skills. We have friendly "pick up game" format each week where the players scrimmage in a relaxed, fun environment and where scores are not kept. Perfect for beginners. We have a 10-week program starting in late June and ending in late August. Last summer (2011) it was Girls on Tuesdays and Boys on Wednesdays.  The days and times for summer 2012 are unknown.

 

In May we will send out a blast email announcing that "registration is now open" for summer league.  At that time, you can go to REGISTRATION page of this website to register.  The cost in summer 2011 was $75. The fee for summer 2012 is unknown.

 

West LA Lacrosse rents gear for summer league players who do not own (especially new players).  The cost in summer 2011 was $25 for the entire summer.  Rental fee for 2012 is unknown.
