Overview

Catch! Lacrosse is a local lacrosse organization that specializes in youth-focused (K-12), small-group lacrosse training, including camps and workshops. Catch! Lacrosse has partnered with WLAL for several years by providing coaches for our teams, coach training for our volunteers, and optional weekly skills clinics for all our players, run by former coaching staff of USC men's lacrosse and the Catch! Lacrosse crew.

We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Catch! Lacrosse by offering a supplemental training package to our winter season,

This 6-week program is exclusively offered to WLAL players this winter. Each 90-minute session will focus on the fundamental skills that every lacrosse player needs to master, taught through Catch's signature high-rep drills and fun games. 
 
At $175 per player, WLAL families are able to experience this program at more than 50% off Catch's regular costs.
 
We highly recommend that all players take advantage of this exclusive opportunity for essential skills training.
