Welcome To West LA Lacrosse

Overview
West LA Lacrosse is entering its 6th year as a youth league for boys and girls with a regular season in the winter and an informal pick-up game format in the summer. All Boys programs and the Youth Girls teams start in December and they finish up in late February or the first weekend in March. Middle school Girls start in January and play through April-May. This year we are also creating spring teams for High School Boys and Girls who do not otherwise have a team to play on. Interested high school players can put their names on the "interested" list by clicking on the Registration red button below. There is no cost and no obligation to adding your name to the HS list.

FEBRUARY 18: LACROSSE NIGHT AT LA KINGS HOCKEY

Join the fun on Sat., Feb. 18th when the LA Kings take on the Calgary Flames (game starts at 7:00pm). The Kings have set aside a limited number of seats for us at a substantial discount: only $39 per person for seats in the 200 Level (normally $71.50). If interested, order your tickets through LA Kings rep Scott Servetnick by sending an email to him at SServetnick@aegworldwide.com or call him at 213.763.5474. After your purchase, an email will go out with details on getting your tickets sent to you by email, when and where you need to be for the pre-game photo, and other logistics. The West LA Lacrosse contact for this event is Scott Seidel, and he can be reached at sseidel@wmeentertainment.com. Lacrosse Night is open to anyone who supports lacrosse and loves hockey. Not restricted to West LA Lacrosse families. The purpose is for lacrosse families to enjoy a hockey game together, all the while promoting our sport by wearing lacrosse sweatshirts. $39 is the actual discounted price offered to us by the Kings. This is not a league fundraiser. Click here to download a flyer on the event.

Do you want to play High School Club Lacrosse in Spring 2012?
Many boys and girls in high school want to play high school lacrosse, but they have no team to play on. West LA Lacrosse is taking the necessary steps to create a boys High School Club Team and a Girls High School Club Team. We are creating a list of interested players and at this time we are NOT requiring US Lacrosse Membership or payment of any fee. Click the red Register Online button below and provide your information so we can keep you informed.

At Duke in 2010, Ned Crotty was voted the nation's best lacrosse player. In February 2011, he came to Cheviot Hills Rec Center (see photo above) to give our players tips.
